Homemade Salsa

 

In a blender add:

1 - 28 oz. can of whole peeled tomatoes with juice

1/3 of a cilantro bunch

¼ of a medium onion

1/4 cup of pickled Jalapeno juice from can.  Add slices of the Jalapenos for spicier salsa.

 1/2 teaspoon salt.  Adjust to taste

 

Blend in a blender for approximately 5 seconds.  Then push pulse on the blender about 6 times. 

Pour in a bowl and add 1 chopped tomato and about 1/3 cup of chopped onion for a chunkier salsa.
