PicO De Gallo

 

 1 bag cabbage
 6 tomatoes, gutted and chopped
 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
 1 medium onion, diced
 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
 1/4 c white vinegar
 3 lg or 4 sm limes, juiced (or 3/4 c lime juice)
 1 t salt
 1/2 t pepper

 

Mix all ingredients together and enjoy!


Optional: Jalapeño to taste
Optional: Serve over Cilantro-Lime rice
Optional: Serve with tortilla chips
